Four 90-min Scrappy Hours, one a week, with six to twelve other operators. We build a small kit of Claude moves on your real business. Week one, the move you would have hired me 1:1 for. Week four, you take the kit home. You leave with the kit, not a certificate.
Multi-session done-with-you engagement. I set up the Claude moves on your account (your inquiry workflow, your vendor coordination, your post-event follow-ups), teach you to drive them, and stay on a small monthly retainer for the weeks your season shifts. Closest thing to having a Claude specialist on staff.
Same Scrappy Hour, in person. Libraries, community rooms, wherever a table will have us. The teaching that happens in a room is going to happen there.
The Tuesday Coffee runs weekly. The Cohort, Setup + Retainer, and In-the-Room shapes happen when a small group of people who actually want them is ready. No urgency tricks, no countdown timers. The first cohorts are deliberately small.
